All carpets will be cleaned by our local Chem-Dry. We know that moving is stressful and we want to eliminate any surprises. Your new home will be ready for you!
If you know that you'll be looking for a place in the next few months feel free to ask for an application now! Pre-screened tenants will have a better chance at obtaining the property they want.
For the APPLICATION, candidates should have available:
• Information on their current and one past employer for applicant & co-applicant
• Information on their current and one past landlord for applicant & co-applicant
• Information on three credible personal references for applicant & co-applicant
• Information on their credit history for applicant & co-applicant
• An RCMP background check is highly recommended for applicant & co-applicant
• Reference letters from passed landlords are accepted
• A deposit is required for all rental properties
